In 2018 Santhigiri College launched IQAC with a clear Objective of deliberate, disciplined, and effective strategy of action for enhancing Santhigiri's academic and administrative performance. IQAC encourage the internalization of a quality culture and the institutionalization of best practices in order to improve institutional performance. IQAC keep track of a number of programs and activities that contribute to quality improvement at the institution. IQAC committee's decisions are carried out in a timely and efficient manner by establishing and implementing quality benchmarks/parameters for the institution's numerous academic and administrative tasks. IQAC ensure the development of a learner-centered environment conducive to high-quality education and the maturation of faculty to embrace the necessary knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning.

We also organize for students, parents, teachers and employers to provide input on quality-related institutional procedures. IQAC maintain a higher degree of transparency and focus in institutional operations in order to improve quality and assist the integration of the quality culture. Santhigiri establish a strong foundation for decision-making in order to improve institutional performance as well as to formalize numerous excellent practices.
