OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS OF IQAC

  • Establishing and implementing quality benchmarks/parameters for the institution's numerous academic and administrative tasks
  • Facilitating the development of a learner-centered environment conducive to high-quality education and the maturation of faculty to embrace the necessary knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning
  • Organize for students, parents, teachers and employers to provide input on quality-related institutional procedures
  • Inter- and intra-institutional workshops, lectures on quality-related topics, and the promotion of quality circles are also planned with documentation
  • Serving as the Institution's regulatory authority for coordinating quality-related initiatives, such as the adoption and dissemination of best practices
  • MIS is used to develop and maintain institutional databases with the goal of preserving institutional quality
  • Publication of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC, in accordance with NAAC rules and requirements
  • Maintain a higher degree of transparency and focus in institutional operations in order to improve quality and assist the integration of the quality culture.
  • Improve and consolidate the institution's diverse activities, as well as to formalize numerous excellent practices.
  • Establish a strong foundation for decision-making in order to improve institutional performance.
  • Function as a catalyst for change inside the organization for improved internal communication.
